What to bring/wear:
- Wear clothing that's comfortable and that is easy to move in. You will get hot so layers are a good option.
- Please wear suitable fitness trainers, because of the movements in Zumba it's important to invest in a comfortable pair of dance/ fitness trainers to come to class in to protect you from injury. Barefoot unfortunately is not allowed.
- You normally get pretty sweaty in Zumba so you might want to bring a towel.
- and finally..WATER WATER WATER!! It's important to stay hydrated before, during and after your Zumba class. It's recommended at least 1ltr of water for every hour of exercise.
